About Chloe Sisselman
Chloe Sisselman is the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer at BillionScale Health. She has spent her career working at the intersection of policy research, writing and public service.
Prior to joining BillionScale Health, Chloe worked at the Clinton Foundation, where she most recently served as Briefings and Research Manager. During her time there, she worked closely with President Clinton, Secretary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton, preparing briefings, conducting policy research and supporting advocacy and strategic communications across global health, international affairs and economic development.
Chloe holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Colgate University and a master’s degree in Government, with a concentration in Security Studies, from Johns Hopkins University. Her thesis received the William F. Clinger Jr. Award.
